opportunity has arisen in our IT department for an administrator. The
successful applicant will be given the opportunity to be part of a

The administrator will have the following responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trade orders ? prepare trade order for IT Department. Incl. they are
correctly registered in terms of GL codes and projects. Update and
revise as required to ensure accurate financial tracking. Correlate
invoices with trade orders incl. any reconciliation required to ensure
easy sign-off by buyers.
Link between IT experts and finance (particularly financial reporting,
financial control and AP)
Manage relationship with vendors in relation to financial
administration e.g. collecting information for vendor setup and
account setup as per the financial processes in Dunnes
Management of consumables asset register
Audit of ordered and used consumables at regular time
Management of team consolidated team information requested by other
departments e.g. filling in holiday schedules
Other administrative duties as required by the IT department
REQUIREMENTS:
Good organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent excel skills required incl. being able to use standard
functions like Vlookup in excel
Ability and experience in setting up tracking of spend and cost
systems that allow for quick and easy reporting
_EXPERIENCE WITH_ book keeping an advantage
Experience in Oracle financials an advantage
_ABILITY TO_ multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills and numerical ability
